This weekend I have been at a home staging event in Denver that has focused a lot on selling REO, distressed, and vacant houses. I've learned a lot about how to do small stagings and focus on only a few rooms for a minimal price. These small stagings add so much to the empty, usually dirty houses. I can't wait to do it!
